We only collect personal data when you provide it to us voluntarily, specifically:

Callback / consultation request: name, phone number, email address (optional), and message (optional). This information is used exclusively to contact you back and arrange an appointment.

Contact form: name, email, and message, used to respond to your inquiry.

If your message includes information about your health, it is handled with particular care and used only to prepare for your care — never for any other purpose.

We do not collect any data for advertising purposes and do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Processing of your data is based on your consent, freely given when you fill out one of our forms.

Callback or consultation request: your contact details are kept for 12 months if no appointment takes place, then deleted.

Messages sent through the contact form: 12 months after our last exchange.

Patient record: if you become a patient, your patient records are kept for 20 years, the retention period recommended by the Swiss Naturopathy Association and corresponding to the applicable liability limitation period for bodily-harm claims.

Usage measurement: Plausible Analytics only retains aggregated, anonymous statistics (pages viewed, language, type of action). No individual data is stored, so there is nothing about you to delete.

Once these periods expire, the data is deleted or permanently anonymized.

Your data is hosted by our technical provider (Lovable, on infrastructure provided by Supabase / Amazon Web Services) in the Dublin data centre in Ireland (eu-west-1 region, European Union).

No data is stored outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Ireland is among the countries the Swiss Federal Council recognizes as providing an adequate level of data protection.

Our site uses no advertising cookies and no profiling tools: no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta or LinkedIn pixel, no profiling and no tracking cookies.

Usage measurement — Plausible Analytics: our statistics tool is Plausible Analytics, hosted in the European Union (Germany). It anonymously measures pages viewed, language and a few key actions (clicks on “Book on OneDoc”, phone taps, consultation form submissions, confirmed newsletter sign-ups). Plausible uses no cookies, stores no IP addresses or identifiers that could recognize you, builds no profiles and neither shares nor sells any data. The script only loads if you enable the “Anonymous audience measurement” category in the privacy settings.

YouTube video (Percutaneous Hydrotomy page): the video is embedded in cookie-free mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only loads if you start it; playback then results in data processing by Google/YouTube under their own privacy policy.

Google Maps (Access and parking page): displaying the map transmits your IP address to Google, under their own privacy policy.

Google Fonts: typefaces are loaded from Google servers, which transmits your IP address to Google when pages are displayed.

OneDoc online booking: the booking button redirects you to the OneDoc website (Switzerland), which applies its own privacy policy.

Hosting: our hosting providers keep technical logs (IP address, timestamp and page requested) for security and operational purposes, retained for a limited period.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of your data.
