Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend an appointment, any cancellation or request to reschedule must be communicated to Centre Algos at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance, the consultation will be charged.
Every appointment, particularly an initial consultation, requires a significant amount of time to be reserved specifically for the patient. To preserve appointment availability for all patients, Centre Algos reserves the right, in the event of repeated cancellations or rescheduling, to place future appointment requests on a waiting list or to decline to continue care. This may apply even when individual cancellations or rescheduling requests have been communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
